Karin Zeigler was both the listing agent and the selling agent on my home on the west side of Olympia in 2008.  Having decided to move to Panorama retirement community in Lacey, I was required to submit two market analyses of my home.  A friend had recommended Karin Zeigler to me so I asked Karin to do one of the analyses and for the other I chose a woman whom I know through my church.  Both did a satisfactory analysis, but Karin's was much more comprehensive and thorough, in my estimation, although no higher in evaluation of the property, so I chose her as my listing agent.  She worked continually, consulting with me, advertising for me, holding open houses, all in a rapidly changing real estate market.  When a firm bid came, she followed through most excellently.  I have only high praise for her service and can recommend her highly to anyone hoping to sell property.  Reta
